. Orobets was elected to the Verkhovna Rada’s 6th convocation. She prepared 35 regulatory proposals. These included proposals on reforming Ukraine’s higher educational system, standardizing independent evaluations as the sole criteria for university admission, increasing the right of citizens to basic education, a key proposition on regulation of charities, and the establishment of international charity funds. Eight of these regulations are in place. These regulations include “On public associations”, and “On the introduction a moratorium regarding the closing of secondary schools in rural area”. “On amendments of certai
